Hello everyone! My name is Jiang Kaien, and my English name is Star Emma. The reason why I chose "Star" as my surname is because I believe stars to be beautiful and charming. When the moon rests, stars bring brightness to people and enhance the beauty of the night sky. Many people, especially those like nurses, share this admiration.

My mother is a nurse. She keeps busy all the time, yet she excels at her work. She has the ability to soothe a baby's crying and make people feel better. Of course, she is also polite and friendly. One day, when I was feeling unwell, I called her to come and stay with me, but she was at work. She said she couldn't come and stay with me, which made me angry and caused me to hate her for a while.

But now I know, she loves her work, and for her, making other people healthier is what's most important. How selfless she is! How great she is! She also keeps learning, mastering languages like English and Japanese. She often says, "The days are short, but the work is long, so we should work hard." She studies until 12 o'clock in the evening. Her dedication paid off last year when she achieved first place in her English exam - how exciting it was!

There are many nurses like her, selflessly giving their all to make the world less sad and more happy. My friends, it's crucial for us to observe their traits of selflessness and hard work, because if everyone were like that, the world would be a nicer place. May 12th is International Nurses' Day. All nurses celebrate their own festival. Let's wish them happiness and appreciation on this special day!
